Monthly rates:
• 1.200,00€ for monthly rent
• 200,00€ for building fees
• 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 1.650,00€

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.200€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

The nearest metro stop is Gambara M1 (red line), a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From Gambara M1 in 10 minutes you reach Duomo M1, where every 15/20 minutes bus 73 leaves and arrives to Linate airport. While in 20 minutes by metro you can reach the Milano Centrale Station, where every hour the Malpensa Shuttle departs and arrives.

The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore can be reached in 20 minutes by red metro M1. The NABA and Bocconi University can be reached in 30 minutes by bus.

The De Angeli district was an ancient village, the Maddalena, one of the many that were formed in the points where the citizens who escaped from the siege of Barbarossa in 1162 took refuge, far from the destroyed city. St. Charles Borromeo, in gratitude for the cessation of the plague in 1577, erected the column of the Maddalena at the fork of the road to Baggio (via Trivulzio) with that to Vercelli and Novara (via Rubens). Leaving the nearby Wagner stop you are in Piazza Piemonte, the famous seat of the National Theater. Next is Piazza Buonarroti where there is the imposing monument dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi and the Casa Verdi, also called "Casa di riposo dei musicisti", in which the musician has found a worthy burial. From Piazza De Angeli winds Via Marghera, where many small restaurants of all kinds parade that transform a walk into a real gastronomic tour.
