The apartment is spread over three floors. On the first floor is a spacious open kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The apartment has two entrances. One on the first floor where there is the kitchen with the dining area and a second entrance on the top floor where there are the double bedrooms.

• 200,00 € for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 250,00€ for cleaning every 14 days (total two cleanings per month)

One-off costs (one-off, at the time of signing the contract) the following amounts:
• 2.000€: security deposit (refundable after check-out if all goes well);
• 250,00€ (VAT included) customer care (every day from 9.00 to 21.00), opening and closing of the rental agreement, delivery and collection of keys in attendance.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for final cleaning
