This part of the city is the union of two neighbourhoods: the first is around Corso XXII Marzo, which has the tram and pavé pavement typical of Milan and features Art Nouveau style buildings. The second, around Corso Plebisciti, has become one of the most beautiful city streets in the stretch that goes from the intersection with Via Piolti de' Bianchi to Via Compagnoni. The street seems reborn, greener, few parked cars, lush trees, lawned flower beds and a bike path.

The apartment enjoys an extremely convenient location to reach the center of Milan. Thanks to the new metro line M4, you can reach Piazza del Duomo in just 20 minutes and in as many as 20 minutes you can reach Linate Airport. In addition, Corso Independencia and Corso Ventidue Marzo are easily reachable on foot in just 10 minutes.

The Politecnico can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, the Bocconi University in 30 minutes, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 20 minutes by metro.

The narrow streets around Archimede and Sottocorno are delightful for both the architecture and the many sophisticated restaurants they host, with great value for money. Above all, Largo Marinai d'Italia with its Palazzina Liberty is one of Milan's best-loved parks, with kiosks, rides, shows and bike sharing.

From Via Cadore starts a kind of intermediate circumnavigation between the one around the Spanish walls and that of the 90/91, which is known especially to those who have lived in Milan for a long time. Its peculiarity is that it is entirely tree-lined up to Piazzale Bacone, such that for half the year a single canopy of foliage is created that refreshes and shadows the street.

The neighborhood's sights are numerous but not sufficiently explored. For example, the village of via Lincoln with its glitzy villas is perhaps the most admirable example of the garden neighborhoods built in Milan in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Another pearl is the Museo del Fumetto, in the WOW space in Viale Campania, where you can access through another portal where you can admire a vast mural that portrays the most evocative characters of French-Belgian and American comics, as well as Milanese creations such as Diabolik and Valentina.

There is a skate park in the gardens named after Oreste Del Buono, founder of Linus and legendary figure for comic book culture in Italy.
