This one-bedroom apartment is located at Via Lambruschini 7, in Milan’s Bovisa district — an area that has seen significant transformation in recent years. Once largely industrial, it has become one of the city’s most vibrant and evolving neighborhoods, thanks to the nearby Politecnico di Milano campus, which is just a five-minute walk away. The presence of students, researchers, and young professionals gives the area a lively and energetic feel.

The living area is practical and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The dining table is centrally placed, making it ideal for both meals and working from home.

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.200€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.

The neighborhood is well connected: Milano Bovisa and Villapizzone railway stations are both within walking distance, providing fast connections to the city center. Several tram and bus lines also serve the area. Supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and small local shops are nearby, along with bike lanes and a few green spaces.
