The apartment is located on the hill of Lerici, in a quiet area from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea.

The living room is very spacious, furnished with a large sofa, a TV and a dining table. From here you can access a sea-facing balcony, equipped with an outdoor sofa and a table, ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and a second balcony.
There are three bedrooms: two double bedrooms, one with access to the sea-facing terrace and the other with a balcony. Both are equipped with a large wardrobe and chests of drawers. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a comfortable desk for working or studying in peace, a chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe.
The apartment has two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower. One of the two is located inside the single bedroom.
The apartment also has a parking space reserved for guests.

Monthly costs:
• €3,300.00: rent/month
• €400.00: condominium fees/month
• €300.00: utilities/month (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• €150.00: one cleaning service every 15 days
Total monthly cost: €4,150.00

One-off costs (upon signing the contract):
• €1,500: security deposit (will be returned after checking the condition of the apartment at check-out);
• €250.00 (VAT included) customer service (every day from 9:00 to 21:00), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in person.
• €250.00 (VAT included) for final cleaning


Lerici is a small jewel nestled in the Gulf of Poets, on the eastern Ligurian Riviera. It is a seaside village with an authentic charm, where time seems to pass more slowly. The historic center is made up of narrow streets, lively squares, colorful houses and restaurants that smell of pesto, focaccia and sea.

The castle of Lerici, which dominates the town from above, offers a spectacular view of the gulf and tells centuries of history. From there you can walk along the seafront, perhaps with an ice cream in hand, among moored boats and quiet beaches.

In the surrounding area there are many possibilities for those who love walking or exploring: panoramic paths that connect Lerici to Tellaro or San Terenzo, both small villages overlooking the sea, or boat trips to the Cinque Terre or the island of Palmaria.

It is a perfect area for those looking for relaxation, nature and good food, with the advantage of being well connected but never too crowded—especially out of season, when you can really breathe in the authentic atmosphere of the place.

From the central square of Lerici you can board the boats that leave every day for sea excursions to Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre. It is a comfortable and suggestive way to discover the coast, admiring the landscapes from the sea and easily reaching some of the most beautiful villages in Liguria.
