• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

The Tibaldi neighborhood is located not far from the Navigli and the Ticinese neighborhood. It is a very lively neighborhood, full of young people and full of places frequented by university students. Bocconi University and NABA can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. IED and IULM can be reached in 12 minutes by bus.

The nearest tram stop (line 3) is a two-minute walk away. The Tibaldi-Bocconi stop (S9) is a 10-minute walk away. The stop for line 90 is a 5-minute walk away.
