Living area:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. Next door, the dining table offers space for dinners and work moments.

Cooking:
Open onto the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, washing machine and all necessary utensils for cooking.

Bedroom:

• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the yellow metro (M3) Crocetta. From here by metro you can reach the Duomo in 10 minutes and Centrale FS in 18 minutes.

Bocconi University can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes and on foot in 20 minutes.
The Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore can be reached by car in 25 minutes and the Politecnico in 30 minutes.

The apartment is located near Porta Romana, one of Milan's six gates, built in the 16th century. It's known for being the quintessential residential district and the hub of Milanese life, both for university students and young workers.
