The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto a living area with armchair, dining table, TV and a balcony. There is also a small fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a large wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

• 1,500€: monthly rent
• 230,00 €: condominium fees
• 230,00 €: utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total monthly cost: €1,960

One-off costs (at the time of signing the contract) the following amounts:
• 1.500€: security deposit (refundable after check-out if all goes well);
• 190,00 € (VAT included) customer care (every day from 9.00 am to 21.00), opening and closing of the rental agreement, delivery and collection of keys in attendance.
• 230,00 € (VAT included) for final cleaning

Linen is not included.

The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Bocconi University, perhaps the district of Milan where English is better spoken and everyone is jogging in the Ravizza Park, among young people from the five continents always smiling and busy.

The Quartiere dei Navigli, reachable in 5 minutes on foot, is one of the most loved and known in Milan, for its beauty and the lively nightlife that characterizes it. By day the district is home to numerous markets (the last Sunday of each month is the setting for the important antiques market), art galleries and craft shops; by night, the lights of the thousand bars and restaurants are on, making it one of the most fun and attractive districts in the city.
