Monthly rental costs:
- Rent: €1,400 per month (*)
- Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): €150 per month
- Condominium fees: €150 per month
Total monthly cost: €1,700 per month

One-time costs:
At the time of signing the contract, the following amounts are due:
- €1,400 security deposit (to be refunded after check-out if the apartment is left in good condition)
- €200.00 (VAT included) final cleaning fee
- €170.00 (VAT included) customer support services (daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.), in-person key handover and return
Bed linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay.
This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and will be deducted from the rental amount stated in the lease agreement.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, well served by supermarkets, local shops, cafés and public transport, making it easy to reach Milan’s city centre and main points of interest.

The location is also particularly convenient for students and professionals: Bocconi University can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes by bike, NABA in about 12 minutes by public transport or 8 minutes by bike, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in about 25 minutes by public transport or 18 minutes by bike, while the Polytechnic University of Milan (Leonardo Campus) is reachable in about 30 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes by bike.
