Just 700 meters from the Royal Villa of Monza, this one-bedroom apartment combines comfort and functionality, ideal for students or professionals on temporary stays.
With Monza’s train stations and local bus lines nearby, Milan can be reached in just 20–30 minutes. Direct trains also connect to major city areas, including the Bicocca and Politecnico di Milano campuses, making this apartment especially convenient for students and business travelers.

The living room is bright and cozy, with a sofa, TV, and dining area — perfect for relaxing or sharing meals. From here, you can access a small private garden, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can read, work, or enjoy dinner outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook at home, even during short stays. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, while the spacious storage room adds extra convenience. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, to suit different needs.

Travel time varies between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the destination.

Metro:
Once in Milan, the metro can be taken to reach the main university areas:
- From Milan Central → connection with Line M3 (yellow).
- From Porta Garibaldi → connection with Line M2 (green).
- From Lambrate → direct connection with Line M2 (green).

Buses:
